Agent 009 TD Canada Trust Summer Reading Club has come and gone. Our special Greeter Agent welcomed everyone to the library all summer. We had a total of 90 children registered for the Club and they read an amazing total of 1,290 books!! Way to go!! They maintained their reading skills and had a great time. The group shot was taken just before our Pizza Party on August 11th; thanks Trudi for delivering lots of yummy pizza. On August 18th, Yvette and her puppet friends came visit the library and entertained us with a great show about the Missing Lunchbox.
What a great summer we've had at the Belmont Library. Thanks to the parents for encouraging your children and a special thanks to the children for coming each week and READING.
